Izolyator’s Test Center Assessment in RusAccreditation Program

On 18 and 19 September 2017, Izolyator’s Test Center passed assessment program approved by the Federal Service for Accreditation.

Federal Service for Accreditation (RusAccreditation) is a federal government agency that serves as Russian Federation’s national body for accreditation. RusAccreditation forms a uniform national accreditation system, carries out legal entities’ and individual entrepreneurs’ accreditation in the national accreditation system, exerts federal control over the activities of accredited parties. RusAccreditation is under the supervision of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russian Federation.

Eligos bureau of expertise held an onsite evaluation of Izolyator under the authority of RusAccreditation. The assessor’s representatives who visited the plant were Victoria Zimina, Accreditation Expert and Sergey Zheludko, Technical Expert.

Dmitry Ivanov, Head of Test Center, Ekaterina Smirnova, Quality Engineer and other Izolyator colleagues actively engaged in assessment procedures.

According to the requirements of the 412 Federal Law dated 28 December 2013 “On accreditation in the national accreditation system”, the Test Center was assessed for compliance to the accreditation criteria, which were developed by Ministry of Economic Development of Russian Federation.

Based on the assessment’s positive results, the experts produced an act, which would be required for GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2009 accredited test center status application called “General requirements to test and calibration laboratories’ competence”.
